FAIR Girls’ mission is to end human trafficking one life at a time through survivor-centered and trauma-informed direct services, prevention education and advocacy. FAIR Girls’ programs take a three-pronged approach to addressing human trafficking in our communities: (1) providing intensive and comprehensive trauma informed case management, mentorship and advocacy through for court-involved youth in the HOPE Court program, economic and educational empowerment programming at our safe and confidential Drop in Center and emergency and transitional housing services for survivors of trafficking and CSEC; (2) ensuring increased knowledge of members of the community, including youth, regarding human trafficking and CSEC which leads to earlier identification of victims and enhancement of trauma-informed care; and (3) advocating for survivor-centered policies and laws that create pathways to justice and reduce barriers to stabilization and restoration.
