The DC Victim Hotline provides free confidential, around-the-clock information and referrals for victims of all crime in the District of Columbia via phone, chat and text message. We can assist callers with locating referrals for mental health counseling, financial compensation, legal services, civil justice options, support groups, crime reporting, identity theft recovery and more.
