DC Human Trafficking Victim Service Providers
When the DC Human Trafficking Task Force (DC HTTF) was established in 2004, government agencies and non-governmental organizations committed to work together to increase the prosecution of traffickers and provide comprehensive services to trafficking victims in our nation’s capital. Together, members of the DC HTTF strive to achieve a coordinated effort against trafficking through community outreach, proactive investigations, training of law enforcement and community partners, and other steps. The goal is to strengthen prosecutions of human trafficking while providing comprehensive services to victims with increasing efficacy.
In the spring of 2017, task force members conducted a voluntary survey to construct a public directory of victim service providers. The DC Human Trafficking Victim Services Providers Directory illustrates a broad view of service providers, allowing task force members to more easily share knowledge, expertise, and resources, while better serving victims. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of victim service providers in the DC area, and is a constantly evolving directory.
